Having It All
Just because you have it all doesn’t mean that you have it all. Just because you have all the material things and it looks like your life is together doesn’t mean it is. Just because people see that you have a cookie-cutter life and think that your life is perfect that doesn’t mean it’s true. You can have it all but still be emotionally empty with no morals, no standards, nothing to grow from and nothing to stand firm on You can be someone that is broken, hurting, and struggling on the inside. People can tell you that you’re spoiled and that everything is handed to you on a “Silver Platter” without ever knowing what has been going on behind the scenes.
Have you ever thought that maybe God gave that person those things, a good life, material objects, all just to prove to that person how good He really is. Maybe that person is still broken and has been mistreated and hurt throughout the years and God needed some way to physically show that person that He does care, He does see them, that He notices they’re pain and hurt, and that He does truly love them. He has counted their tears and felt their pain. He would give the world for that person just to let them know they are loved. He would spoil them with the riches of the world to show them that He will spoil them with the riches of Heaven. There are no limitations to his powers, there’s no understanding his knowledge. That is why it’s said that He will make a way out of no way. People may not understand how that person received those things but the very people who hurt them gave it to them. Those that hurt you and mistreat you may one day be the same people that are serving you in the end. A perfect example of this is David with his brothers. They made his life terrible then later in life returned begging for his help. In that moment David had to decide what example he would be. It is up to us to decide the course of our lives whether we will choose to love or to hate, the power is in us. It’s never them who decides, it is always us.
Also, just because it looks like someone is getting away with something does not mean that they are. God has our back. He is our Father. He won’t let them get away with anything. He has a purpose for you and a purpose for them. He is demonstrating His working power through people in ways that we do not always see or understand.
Sincerely,
Someone who has had it all
