This is the first installment of the “The Paper Airplane Effect” trilogy by Alex Berry or as some call him, Old Soul. This series of books is something that is very dear to the author’s heart, broken people in search of healing.
During his own journey of healing, the author started writing letters to God in search of healing for his own brokenness. He would then turn the letters into paper airplanes to be released and let go, hence the title, “The Paper Airplane Effect”. After observing those in his own community suffering from the same brokenness, he soon realized it doesn’t matter the age or stage in life, all are broken in need of healing.
His intent is to shine the light on some of those issues that we all deal with at the core of our being and give a different perspective on how that healing may come whether through letters, poems and prose or photography. His hope is that the reader will see themselves in the pages and begin to take flight like an airplane and soar into levels of inner healing.
